Makartian Medical Group operates exclusively as a cash‑pay medical practice. Accordingly, the practice does not submit claims, directly or indirectly, to any insurance carrier, nor does it engage in insurance billing, coordination of benefits, or claim adjudication processes.
The practice accepts payment via all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA funds, subject to the terms and conditions established by the respective account administrators.
Upon request, Makartian Medical Group will furnish a professional superbill documenting services rendered. This document may be used by the patient to seek potential out‑of‑network reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Issuance of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement, and the practice makes no representation regarding the likelihood, amount, or timeliness of any reimbursement.
